Disappointing to leave a Company you adore due to poor management & HR.
Pros
In the beginning, a beautiful company; cared and nurtured it's employees and although the pay was terrible, you didn't mind because the environment was encouraging, spirited and a joy to work in. A real family atmosphere where you just knew management (all the way up to director level) genuinely cared about you.
Cons
Expanding too quickly with no prior planning leaving lengthy, seasoned and great employees feeling devalued, deflated and depressed. Staff turnover is horrendous as a result and there are more 'managers' than there are teams to manage. Management speak to you like you're garbage and you are ignored when you raise concerns, even with HR. Poorly trained management staff and no real experience in the industry means staff at a lower level who genuinely understand their role and know what they are talking about are dismissed and belittled to such a degree that they feel they have no option but t leave. Directors and HR taking little notice of the 'little people' and allowing the negative behaviour to continue, dragging the UK business down further into an employee depression. Long hours for no additional pay and no management recognition. No employee benefits or perks. No real career progression. Not enough employees to complete the daily workload.
