Pros
This is the review from the real Accounting Manager (someone faked my position and posted incorrect information before) The company manages to keep the talented and hard working employees for long term because it values, appreciates, respects and provides opportunities to its employees, not because it "pays pretty well and free snacks". You may not find everyone has the same level of experience as their counterparts from bigger companies, but most people I have worked with are competent, easy to work with, and working hard to add values to the company. The door to communicate with the senior management is always open to everyone. (Communicate with your manager/senior management can solve your problems way more efficient than posting angry anonymous review online :) )
Cons
The office location may be a cons for some people who prefer to work in Manhattan. I personally found it very convenient to commute as 4/5/6 lines are all within 5 minutes walk from the office, citibikes are in almost every corners of the office as well.
