      Pros

      Not much to add here. Used to have extremely talented and good colleagues but management drove them away

      Cons

      - Management micromanages at every step - Turnover rate is a joke - No training available - Management shut down Huntsville office for petty reasons which led to most people leaving - IT and Data infrastructure is from the stone age - Management constantly belittles and insults you - No senior people to work with and learn from, all prior knowledge lost due to turnover - False promises every week or month
