      Good place to start going into the 3d rendering world if you do not have experience

      Cons

      You are placed in a position upon hiring based on what you know already and it's very difficult to develop other skillsets

      Pros

      At BVA I had the possibility to learn architectural visualization from a beginner level to a point where I can handle large scale projects, organize tasks and deliver in a given time-frame. Being able to be time-efficient and organized, is something I can definitely thank the team for teaching me.

      Cons

      The project management at times was quite hectic, more often when the studio took on projects that were maybe a bit more than we could chew.
