I had the opportunity to start from one team and been moving to others during the years, so i could improve knowledge. They let me grow, increased my salary and gave me bonus. I could go in transfer to italy few times and was good opportunity.
Cons
Salary in Poland is not bad for who just start, but other companies (especially based in warsaw but give the opportunity to work from other cities) pay more. Company doesnt let work 100% from home.
