Pathetic Working Hours, Office Politics, Rigid and Meaningless HR policies, Some people are working since the stone age and some left yesterday, nothing more than a family business, peanuts in the name of increments that too once you've completed at least 2 years in the company.

Great employees. Had real pleasure working with knowledgeable and skilled people.Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Management really never listens to the employees and the HR should be helping the employees and not the other way round.
