      Brand Name, Learning Experience, Ownership

      Cons

      Pathetic Working Hours, Office Politics, Rigid and Meaningless HR policies, Some people are working since the stone age and some left yesterday, nothing more than a family business, peanuts in the name of increments that too once you've completed at least 2 years in the company.

      Pros

      They make life saving vaccines, so their mission is noble. Salary competitive to industry.

      Cons

      Poorly run management, poorly run HR, no real respect for employees well being. Run down facilities; too much focus on making money, rather than making sure things are done right.

      Can gain good experience if you're tough enough and tolerant enough too.

      Cons

      No benefits, not much pay, they ask for certificates to make a "bond".
