      Nothing I can think of

      Cons

      Offices, support from management, training, no flexibility (need to sign in every morning and will be warned if late more than 3 times), No excuses for adults to be rude or demeaning to one another in a workplace.

      Pros

      Great team, opportunities for career progression and to learn lots of aspects of the job, in-depth training provided. Variety of work - never tedious! Enjoyable down-to-earth environment, where I always feel supported.

      Pros

      Good hands on experience and seemingly good opportunities to secure a training contract. Some great colleagues

      Cons

      Minimum wage, pay docked by the minute if running late and no overtime pay, unclear payslips, director/solicitor relationship in the same department which feels inappropriate, no sick pay beyond statutory, same with maternity pay, uphill battle for work from home/flexibility working, MD speaks to employees as though they’re worthless
