If people desire to be future Political leaders of the country, then they should definitely join this company. This company gives us a great foundation for learning politics. 1. People who are professional, interested in doing good work should not join this company 2. CEO only listens to selected 2-3 people of the company. He dances on their tunes. He is truly a tyrannical leader. Really how come he has become CEO, GOD Knows!!!!!! 3. The selected 3-4 people can go to any ends to achieve their desires. They can really stoop low to achieve their ends. 4. Negative Environment 5. No HR policies. HR personnel are all puppets of these selected few people 6. No adequate procedure for appraisals and salary raise. 7. No Salary structure defined: A newly hired 3-4 experience guy can get very high salary and higher experience guy will get very less salary. 8. If you are good at buttering CEO and those selected few people, then you can really rise high irrespective of your level of experience. Big NO to this Organization. Don’t even think of joining it
