Cons
Very much politics,old people think like they are CEO of company(i don't want to write those people names),Without them company is nothing. Very negative environment. Earlier it was if you not complete 9 hours in office(even 1 sec less) then your name will put in to the dash board,every week..(Now i think its 45 hour in week). You have to stay in office even if you don't have work. they will fire you if you are new and there project contract gets over.(They will say in reason due to some financial problem we are firing you). CEO always tell i have spent this much of amount in this party bla bla. HR will come to your bay to see what you are doing on your desktop/laptop. Never ever join this type of company.
