      Pros

      They offer different benefits like insurance, perks, etc

      Cons

      Be careful and don't waste your money and time, they offer you a position and make you go through the visa process (you need to pay for it), they tell you that they are going to give you back that money later but they don't even have a project for you + there is not good organization and they don't give you follow up. There are better options in the market.

      Sorry for the inconvenience, we are not sure are you an employee of Bhuvi, we did not find anyone similar matching our record .please share your information and email us. Also regarding insurance, we have a robust system, the employee has to wait for 30 days to activate the Insurance. We have ADP employee support 24/7. Also, we pay what we agreed in the offer letter. Benefit - Employee Health Insurance is 100% paid by the company. Life and disability and relocation with accommodation and flight and also sponsor green card for right candidates. Not sure which company are you referring to. We have 100% in-house and client projects. We pay on time. We use ADP to Maintain all records and payments. Also, we pay in advance for new hires. Yes, we hire TN and also hire across Canada, South America, and Latin America. We provide the talent the right platform to build their and family lifestyle .

      Pros

      Bhuvi is a Great Company to start your journey in the USA. They always help you when you're in trouble, and don't back on they're word. They will keep what they promise you.

      Cons

      Sometimes, management can be a little clumsy, and responses may be a little slow, but they will always comply. On the other hand, the interview process with the Client Companies can be really tiring, when you may need to take 2-3 interviews in a single day, in business hours. This process really needs to improve.
