The culture at Biarri is fantastic, everyone helps one another and I've never had a negative interaction with another employee. Generally the clients are great too, and the variety of the work keeps it interesting. You get exposure to a lot of different industries and problem types. The company is small so management tend to listen to our opinions and take them onboard.
Cons
The company being small is sometimes a bad thing as you have to generalise / wear a lot of different hats, some of which may not fit your skillset, but it does force you to grow.
