However, my experience has been hindered by management's disconnect from the staff's wants and needs. e.g. likes to anyhow hire people who cannot perform. Despite their best efforts, management often seems out of touch with the realities of the team's workload, challenges, and aspirations. Their decisions and policies sometimes appear to be based on assumptions rather than genuine understanding, which can lead to frustration and demotivation.

Management tend to hide stuff and don't announce. no communication. They feel what the staff needs is not actually what they need. Don't understand what the staff really needs. Don't listen to the floor.
