Cons
Misclassification, discrimination, firing you via text due to being sick. Please don’t agree to work for this women as assistant under the guise of a “contractor.” She will take advantage of you and fire you via text message when you’re sick. Then she will belittle you and berate you by claiming you are not an actual employee even though you need to adhere to come rules (according to IRS guidelines). Then blocks you after you ask for clarification and an actual verbal termination. She runs underhandedly and there is no telling what other shady stuff she does. Claims to be there to assist women in business but turns around and takes advantage of young, unknowning women. Perhaps it was because I am a person of color that she felt she could do this to, I’m not sure all I know I was surprised at how unprofessional she was.

Everyone here is friendly, approachable, and has a positive outlook on our work. Regardless of your experience, you will be welcomed to learn, be strategic, and add your own expertise to any situation. We are all responsible for working together to get the work done and to push positively towards our common goal. Lots of opportunities to grow and be a part of a drama-free and supportive work environment.
Cons
Not the best fit for someone who is only looking to work 8am-5pm days and cannot stray from that strict schedule.
