Pros

The schedule for the most is flexible. Very supportive suppliers when it comes to cases, sampling, or demo's. Mid to lower management, Area Sales Managers and Borough Managers are very eager to assist when necessary, just a phone call away.

Cons

Where do I begin? To start, lack of leadership, not much experience from Upper Management(Ex. Hiring an IT Tech to cater a wedding). Not sure if anyone honestly believes what Upper Management preaches, as most times it's impractical and just plain crazy. Goals are exaggerated and impossible to achieve. At times I felt like a child in high school. Never have I ever been disrespected and be-littled by an employer, be prepared for that. Commission's change often and are never communicated or discussed. Tones are set by the narcissist COO (Jerry Reda) than trickled down the food chain. To think this man is a Deacon holding a mass in a church on the weekend, is just bizarre. Company men after him are considered "YES MEN", more so for the fear of unemployment. Luckily, when your a corporate guy your not last on the totem pole, but its quite hard to believe it can get any worse, but it does. Ultimately, the Distributor's(Route Owner's) have come together and organized to file a lawsuit against the company. To think all 30 Route Owner's got together should show you just how bad it is there. Of course, the ego driven COO is in disbelief and underestimating the severity of the case. If anyone in their right mind who is seeking employment doesn't see that as a huge red flag, then by all means enjoy the roller coaster ride ahead of you.

Pros

Can lead to better job opportunities if you are just entering the beverage/snack industry.

Cons

How much space do I have on Glassdoor to tell everybody? This company is an absolute atrocity. They are always getting sued because of their malpractices as an employer. ALL THE TIME! It’s a matter of time until they go under. Don’t be fooled by these positive reviews. I’m sure that upper management (aka minions or capos for the C.O.O.) made these up to boost up their absolutely negative image everybody is aware of. This company will fire you on the spot for no reason at all. You will be embarrassed, and belittled by upper management snapping pictures of your accounts and sending them out to everyone in the company if a Hal’s seltzer bottle is facing the wrong direction, or if a product is low because the teenager who stocks them can’t get there fast enough and you are trying to have a personal life on a Saturday night at 10pm. Sorry you can’t be in every store at every second of the day. That is unreasonable, and not fair. They rule by fear, and will try to scare you as much as possible. There is massive turnover of employees in this company! Nobody ever stays except for a few who look like they have been through hell and back in their appearance. You will lose years of your life working for this hellacious company. It is all because of the man running day to day operations. The owner got the company handed to him by his daddy so he doesn’t want to deal with the daily of it so he ceded control to an absolute tyrant.

Pros

There was absolutely no pros in working for this company except for networking yourself and your abilities to other people you meet out on the street and other companies that are 100x better than this one.

Cons

The C.O.O. fires people for absolutely no reason. There is no job security no matter what position you hold. You are never safe as long as that man is in charge. It creates horrible stress knowing your job is on the line everyday. I actually have PTSD from it. I’m not kidding. This job is like no other I have ever had. You really don’t know what it is like until you actually work there. It’s really a sick and twisted company. All these positive reviews are totally fake. They are trying to trick people into thinking that this is a great place to work for. I assure you it isn’t. I worked here for over five years and I’m so glad that I don’t have to work over 50 hours a week and deal with nasty, abusive upper management writing me degrading emails at all hours of the night, 24/7. The whole place is an absolute joke. I could go on for hours about horrible, mortifying experiences I had with this company but I mainly came on here to expose these people for who they really are. Don’t believe these phony, fake positive reviews. It’s so disgraceful that they would even go that level. Karma comes back to you when you destroy people’s lives and families lives for no reason so it serves them right that people are slamming them on here for the atrocities they have committed.
