      Supportive Work Environment: During my 3 months at the company, I was impressed by the welcoming and supportive culture. My colleagues were always willing to help, and I felt comfortable asking questions. Opportunities for Learning: I was provided with various resources and training to help me grow in my role. The company encourages continuous learning, which was a huge plus for me. Leadership: The management team was approachable and open to feedback. They genuinely care about the employees and make an effort to keep the work environment positive.
