Unlimited PTO Good insurance benefits Monthly company activities Team lunches

Cons

- Low pay/salary for the value the employees provide - Not honest with their reporting numbers - Low quality content delivered to most clients with little to no content strategy - Low to Medium quality of communication between Big Leap and clients - Toxic environment - Improvements in processes, work ethic, etc. are overlooked and not recognized and/or credit is attributed to someone else. - No HR department to report any internal issues

Pros

Not very much, except for the amount of work

Cons

Pay is very, very low They yank you around with positions, waisting time, and then when you think you are ready to go, they change direction Management is not very good with communicating or following through
