Not good for anyone. Poor management. I won't recommend this company to my friends not even to my enemy. There is no experienced persons to guide. Few people were there but they left the company because of the torture from these people within 1 year, some within few months. False promises in pay. Full of Gossip people. They will behave differently in face and act differently behind. If they are caring too much, it's 💯 dangerous symbol. They want all the technologies to be used but they don't know or not trying to understand what to be used at what scenario. It's very difficult to convince the people the real fact what we can't do in a project. Risk analysis/feasibility is not doing in a project. No appreciations for good work. No appraisals for the employees.

Start up teething problems so that's a normal.
