- 2-3 days in-office does not make sense. We’re not dealing with on-prem products like in the old days. We’re a cloud-based company trying to push on-premise culture. Excessive days in office (1+) are an energy and time waste, weakening productivity and morale, especially now that remote tools make us more effective than ever - PE acquisition has caused the culture to become overbearing. Everyone (sales, support, CS, product/engineering) is incredibly stressed, and you can feel it in the air. Excellent products and brands are made sustainably and with great care, not with gasoline-capital poured over the fire. Get-rich-quick PE growth is enticing for shareholders, but bad for everyone else - Too many chiefs, not enough workers. Managers who push numbers into excel as their primary function often have little experience or knowledge of the product. Those who do the actual work are often undercompensated and under the weight of the excel trackers. This makes intimidation an effective strategy for managers, causing wounds in the culture which fester and create a toxic environment. Compensate your workers, and reward leaders, not bosses

-Lack of transparency and responsibility from leadership. You’re expected to own your mistakes unless you’re at the higher management level, in which case rules do not apply. -Gaslighting & lack of initiative. Plenty of open communication between leaders and employees but 0 actual changes or improvements after those conversations. -Really low pay compared to other companies even if joining with experience -Serious lack of diversity all around but especially at the top
