      Pros

      Discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service. This is extended to family. Easy to get financed.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth unless you're related to someone already higher up in the company. Health benefits are crap They don't offer reviews, raises or cost of living raises.

      Thank you for the feedback regarding your concerns. We have had some management change over the course of several years since 2016. We are always looking to grow as an organization and are currently working on formal progresses and policies. We have also looked at internal development for employees wanting to build a career with us. We hope you will consider us in the future.

      Pros

      Good product lines, good staff in general.

      Cons

      Too many managers doing too little- earning too much. Very little upward mobility unless your last name is Dodge or Malia. Career/Growth "Opportunities" are supposedly" coming",, but these positions are far snd few between , and almost no one is promoted from within. Those I have seen move up the chain were actually underperforming sales persons.

      We are truly sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We went through some management changes and are trying to grow in a positive direction as an organization. We are currently working in internal development of our employees to allow them to grow their career with us. While we still have a long way to go, we have made improvements to support several of the concerns you brought forward.

      No training, homophobic remarks, an active effort to screw the new guy

      Didn't experience any pros of working here

      Cons

      Management didn't offer any real process on training. Sit you down in a computer and give you passwords. I've been in sales for clost to ten years yet had little to no automotive experience. They knew this and assured me I'd be welcomed with open arms. Management ignored me. I understand individual sales however you show people the ropes especially when they are the ones approaching you with questions along how the business works and the process of closing a car sale.
