Pros

Good product lines, good staff in general.

Cons

Too many managers doing too little- earning too much. Very little upward mobility unless your last name is Dodge or Malia. Career/Growth "Opportunities" are supposedly" coming",, but these positions are far snd few between , and almost no one is promoted from within. Those I have seen move up the chain were actually underperforming sales persons.

Bill Dodge Auto Group Response

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We went through some management changes and are trying to grow in a positive direction as an organization. We are currently working in internal development of our employees to allow them to grow their career with us. While we still have a long way to go, we have made improvements to support several of the concerns you brought forward.

Pros

Bill Dodge Auto Group truly is the difference. We haven’t lost sight of the “family owned” aspect. We truly take care of the customers and that has always been my goal. As an employee I feel valued and appreciated. The Dodges care about their employees, especially the ones who’ve been with the group a long time. Many of the benefits offered are excellent including PTO for sales.

Cons

There are no cons. It’s a large group with a lot of moving parts.

Pros

Overall good spot to learn the car business. Leadership/management always has good tenure in the business, makes for a good support environment where possible. The company Christmas party is quite fun. Building connections with your showroom team. Strong preference to hire from within for management roles when they come up. Decent market area.

Cons

Not much in-house recurring skills training to succeed. Most improvement of sales skills requires you to build additional skills on your own. 4 days of instructed training upon onboarding.
