Over time, the pressure and workload can take a toll on both physical and mental health, leading to stress, fatigue, and burnout. There appears to be a lack of proper planning, project management, and workload distribution. Employees are heavily pushed to use AI tools such as Claude, often without clear direction or processes in place. The work environment can feel highly stressful, and there is little room for disagreement with leadership. Not aligning with the CEO's expectations may result in pressure or scrutiny from HR. Overall, the company culture promotes overwork, creates unnecessary stress, and fails to support a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
