I joined as Magento developer ( I joined here to get expertise ), but I resigned the job because there is no team, CEO sir said, they have Magento expert, but what I see, he don't know even basics of PHP also, either CEO is a blind guy, or expert bluffing the management, No one help us, we have to learn and do the work alone, Important thing is, management will never see your work, they will ask this expert about your work, so definitely he will give you 1 mark out of 10. at the end we will not get hike, This is what is happening in this company.
