Pros

Worked at Client site (Google) Free food and transport. Nothing else is positive for this company.

Cons

Lie no. 1 You will work in a very cool working environment. ( people start imagining Google as there workplace but it's totally opposite) Lie no. 2 While hiring they tell you 3 brackets, which you will get after your 3 months training. Brackets are 17.5k, 18.5k and 20k salary increment from 12.5k Lie no. 3 It's not 3 months of training they expand it to 6 months without any formal letter. Lie no. 4 For first 3 months you get 1.5 leaves, if you take 2 days leave, then salary of half day would be cut, and when they extend training they make it 3 leaves including 1.5 for first 3 months. Lie no. 5 You will be given some bonus in every 4 months, I was there for 5 months didn't receive a single penny. There are so cheap that they give salary 10Rs. less and saves 20000rs from 2000 employees. Lie no. 6 Training is just for 2 weeks, they make us live on project on a very short time and expect to reach the target very quick. HR is very cunning, they are not supportive at all. Don't fall prey to this company they are just shameless greedy and bad company. Who doesn't care about the employee.

Pros

Good infrstructure and environment. You may encounter some good people who are ther because they are struggling for their blocked amount with the company.

Cons

Alot of your variable money will be with the company, which you will feel begging all the time. salary has been graded like the one who are working at client location will be given first and i.e around 8th or 9th of the month) then comes the ones those who are working with clients (around 15th of the month) and then comes the in-house employees(if lucky then around 23rd or sometimes next month). seeks ways to deduct salary for varioous reasons. Last but not the least... NO F&F at all. Forget your last months salary. Best Practice: Resign once the amount gets reflected in your account. No moralilty should be shown to them as they are Gerat Immoral themselves. Do not recommend ever to join this company!!!!!!!!
