Pros

Melbourne team that previously worked at the company are the only ones that seem to know what they're doing.

Cons

This is one of the most toxic and frustrating workplaces I’ve experienced. Since the company was acquired out of administration, management appears to be operating in a constant state of panic about making their money back and it shows in every aspect of the business. Leadership heavily micromanages to the point where employees have little to no autonomy. They insert themselves into everything, often without adding value, which slows progress and creates unnecessary stress. There is a clear lack of trust in staff. The culture is also deeply unprofessional. I personally witnessed an executive director scream at someone during a call, which speaks volumes about the leadership style and lack of respect within the organisation. Staff turnover reflects this environment: during my second week, a colleague quit on the spot, and I was told the person in my role before me lasted only two weeks. What makes things worse is the complete absence of a consistent direction. Management frequently changes their mind, sometimes within days or even hours, about the product and priorities in a desperate attempt to chase revenue. This leads to constant rework, wasted effort, and widespread confusion across teams. There is no clear strategy, only reactive decision-making driven by short-term financial pressure. Employees are left feeling frustrated, directionless, and undervalued.
