The Company has a comprehensive guidelines and internal procedures for all levels of employees to follow and a good Legal and Ethical policy which guides all employees to behave honestly, with integrity and impartiality during the course of work . The working environment is harmonious with staff respecting one another and work in a cordial manner and helping each other in times of needs . The Management is helpful and down to earth and render necessary advice and guidance to subordinates when situation calls for. The Company is able to attract the loyalty of staff some of which works more than 20 years with the Company and majority are more than 8 years and above .
Cons
Should improve some fringe benefits once the Company is back to normal operation after the Covid-19 disruptions .
