Pros

None, this is a MLM. Watch out

Cons

They are a MLM company promoting health products that have little to no scientific evidence supporting their efficacy. If they cared about their products that much, then their instagram page wouldn’t just be full of “recognition night” posts that just promote their top sales people. They told me that I wouldn’t have to tap into my personal circle and that I could use their customer database to search for sales leads but I ended up having to contact my personal contacts anyway because that’s how good they are at manipulating people. Pros

Flexible hours, really super flexible, if you do not want to work for the entire week is entirely up to you.

Cons

No basic pay, you only get profit sharing, aka commission if you manage to sell an item. During the second day of training, you will be told to sell the items to your relatives and families, they are your source of customers, so you are essentially earning your own family's money. Let me elaborate how it works, you will sell the product, a magnetic therapy device, for around $3000 to your family member, then you get $500 commission for every item sold, however, your direct superior, the business associate will earn a percentage too, $50, and the superior above your superior, the business executive will earn $100, and above him, the senior business executive will earn $200, then the business manager will earn $300 just because they are your managers. So YOU intro the product to your relatives and friends and do the marketing and promoting and they make profit out of your relatives and friends too, so if you do the math, your friends and family are paying extra money because of all the middle man fees. Plus, after selling the product to your friends and relatives, if anything happen to the product, you will need to do after sales service to assist them, and if the product is not good, it could sour the relationship with your love ones if they thought that you sold them a bad product. Think about it, you have 0 experience in sales, no qualifications, why would a company pay you $500, they are using you to expand their market and helping them to sell their product, yes there's job progression, you can also work your way up to the business manager level and then recruit people to make them expand the company alongside with you, but essentially you are earning your relatives and family's hard earn money and donating some of them to people above you too. It's easy money if you can persuade people into buying things from you but if you have a conscience then this job really isn't for you.

Pros

Deceivingly credible on the outside Products do actually have some results

Cons

Makes use of u and exploits ur relationships with friends and family Works u like a slave and takes all ur time without paying u a single cent Hikes up prices of their products because they think singaporeans wont believe in the results of their products if theyre affordably priced MLM scheme - so even if they pretend to offer u a cheaper or manufacturing price, profits are absorbed by higher ups In complete truth, all interns and part time workers or workers in general are targets for their sales as well. Their 10h long orientation is merely to persuade u to buy their products and join their company(cos they get free labour) instead of actually TRAINING you as claimed. Extremely dubious and a complete waste of time
