      Pros

      I found no pros with this company.

      Cons

      Horrible area filled with homeless people. All employees are stoners and extremely uneducated. Two "managers" that run the store have no education dont respect anyone with education and only have their positions because they are related to the owner. Typical business run by Korean family ties.

      From owners to the cleaning guy are a joy to work with.

      Structure is needed. Better communication between departments is needed. Proper full training should be in place

      Difficult Work Environment

      Pros

      You gain a lot of experience ASAP, and the days go by quickly. For the most part, coworkers are pleasant.

      Cons

      Understaffed, extremely high turnover. No training and a lot of pressure and stress. A lot of overtime is expected of you as well to make up for the lack of staffing and structure. You spend a lot of time fixing other people's mistakes which is time consuming and frustrating. Every month there is a new huge project that requires a lot of energy, and things never seem to settle into a productive routine. We're always playing catch up and every day is a new emergency. It is rare that I get to focus on my actual job requirements, and of course I get reprimanded for this.
