Lots of support and training Can be draining making calls all day but the end reward is worth it

Not much to complain about Dated social media Lack of a social media presence

The people here are really great. I've been at other companies with lots of gossip, backstabbing and toxic culture. At Bio, everyone is very friendly to each other and a very positive environment.

Lacked some structure since I have been here last few months but they do seem to be getting better. Also they just started an internal contest for Dodgers vs yankees tickets which I thought was pretty cool.
