No career opportunity. 2] Annual bonus is restricted to executive management and a few “special employees”. 3] CMO works in isolation and does not promote scientific development. No background in hemato-oncology and has limited background in solid tumors, resulted in no clinical development strategy. 4] No biotech mindset. Layback and slow progress. 5] Limited experience with regulatory environment. No experience with Heath Authorities requirements in the field of oncology. 6] Slim preclinical and translational research to back up clinical findings.
