Friendly team, good incentives, easy location.
Cons
The work is treated like life and death, it's a paper packaging company not the emergency services. Multiple higher ups carry on abhorrent behaviour such as bullying and belittling staff under the guise of a joke. Witnessed staff make physically threatening statements like it was normal. No OT but you're expected to stay back as a sign of loyalty. The incentives arent enough to shadow the biggest con, the CEO. Multiple staff confided in me that they were scared of the CEO and after hearing the screams and swearing on the daily I don't blame them. They follow their rules to stay a B Corp but with out a dedicated HR person who isn't related to the CEO in some way or another, this company is not a place for anyone who values their work life balance or their mental health.
