Pros
Upper management left me alone if I was doing fine. Quick to help if I needed it. The team took all of our responsibilities seriously, and would help solve issues and time crunches. Work life balance for me felt good.
Cons
QA and corporate jargon is very serious. You have to be on your game with describing things you're doing for clarity's sake and saving them during audits.
