      Pros

      Cool perks like traveling to other countries. The other employees are quite nice. CEO is super cool

      Cons

      Management is passive aggressive, and hard to get answers from. Training is lacking, and the salary is nothing to get excited about. Language barriers sometimes result in mistakes that could have been prevented otherwise.

      - direct and quick communication streams - incredible team spirit / very close and friendly team - management is always open for new ideas

      Cons

      Some weeks can get really busy and you need to be strict with yourself to not work overtime too much, as there are all-in contracts.
