- direct and quick communication streams - incredible team spirit / very close and friendly team - management is always open for new ideas
Cons
Some weeks can get really busy and you need to be strict with yourself to not work overtime too much, as there are all-in contracts.

A great company from all points of view, excellent working environment, company with great ambitions, possibility of growth with kind and helpful colleagues, respect for work ethics and adequate salaries. I couldn't ask for anything better
