Cons
- No support from seniors in helping you understand work. - They provide half information and blame you for not being upto mark. - Totally unprofessional in language. - Seniors abuse, taunt and make fun of juniors. - Senior employees became seniors by bootlicking and not performance. They are themselves trying to switch but could not get in other company because they are incompetent and unprofessional.
