      Pros

      Laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is willing to be a team player.

      Cons

      Unorganized sales team, smaller company trying to grow and there is a lot of miscommunication and disorganization. Growing pains that I believe will get worked out as time goes on.

      Pros

      Great laid-back work environment, extremely flexible work schedules, friendly & professional teammates. The company is definitely on the upward swing and growing very fast. I'm excited to be a part of it as it builds into something much bigger!

      Cons

      Smaller company means less hands to do more work at times, but nothing ever seems to get overwhelming.
