      Pros

      Very good learning experience for beginners to start a career in Clinical Research.

      Cons

      To work for almost 24/7 for organisation. No increment and appraisal time to time. No confirmation letter also inspite of completing probation period. No salary, releiving letter inspite of serving notice period and doing hand over formalities.

      No job security, no respect, negligible growth, less chances to get experience letter even after good performance, no fixed date to get monthly salary, mental harassment, non GCP work culture and many more....

      There are none that I was witness to.

      Cons

      There are no work ethics and professionalism in this company. Management is extremely rude and employees are often humiliated. Have to work long hours and on weekends. Work-life balance is very poor. Zero job security, management terminates employees without prior notice. Do not expect any salary increment.
