Do not work here. Low pay, bad benefits. Use Temporary workers instead of hiring full time employees to save money. Lack of training for employees, your on your own.
Unsafe working environment, work load is unevenly distributed, procedures are a front, management have no idea how to deal with staff issues. HR is beyond clueless.
