      Good exposure Challenging environment Driving Each employee to achieve the targets Career Growth I have been working with this organisation for past 6 years.. On and Off I had started as a mere Intern during my HSC.. they gave me the opportunity to work flexibly during my initial years.. helped me financially for my education. The CEO helped me a lot to improve my skills.

      Sometimes company hires few irresponsible employee... who had done some gross misconduct with other employees, and who are irresponsible towards their work driving the other employees motivation to decrease
