      Pros

      Salary, free lunches, free parking, awesome Executive Leadership Team, fantastic 401K (the best I had ever seen), incredible benefits, everyone was extremely friendly, beautiful office, pipeline was / is promising, training was readily available, etc

      Cons

      Once BIVV was acquired, the department I support dwindle completely down (all Exec's I supported resigned). I would've stayed here if we were acquired.
