See title. In addition, while there are indeed some great folks at the company, many are tense, overworked to an extreme, and do not play nice with one another! Some managers (not all -- again, there are some good people there) are extremely unprepared, inexperienced and not supported. Due to desperation to fill roles, some supervisors are not up to task. Mine promoted and rules with condescension and fear. The department is like Jr. high school, with a bully "leader." The company management is dysfunctional and top-down only. It got worse with Sanofi buying it. People are leaving all over the place -- terminations, layoffs and quitting. Meanwhile, supposedly hiring to try to back fill, but Sanofi will surely be laying off a lot of folks in 2018 into early 2019. And will re-level jobs to mostly lower titles/pay and benefits. I strongly recommend NOT joining this one, until at least the integration is complete well into 2019 with Sanofi. At least go in with full awareness of the terrible work atmosphere and high-risk of losing the job soon or lower pay.
