      Decent company to work for but would stay away as contractor

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, working from home is not a problem. Great facility, lunch onsite.

      Cons

      Company was bought by Sanofi so no job security, Contractors are treated like a second class citizens. They are kept out of meetings, not invited to parties or gatherings and largely ignored.
