- in the early days really exciting amount of development opportunities for new ideas - everyone was in full belief of our mission to connect people with nature - leaders were true believers and role models for the workers - international collaboration and travel - opportunities to showcase the mission yourself at trade shows and public events - learn about developing a product from beginning to end

- founders completely imploded and split up and the effects rain down upon the true contributors - CEO went from inspiring, a believer and someone we all trusted to someone lifeless and willing to do anything to profit (including firing many people due to personal differences, not performance) - all new ideas and goals were replaced with bogus corporate-style goals and false positivity - culture went from great and vibrant to fearful and quiet - they want talent but aren’t willing to pay for it - communication became absolutely awful - micromanaging by founders
