      Workplace bullying and harassment Toxic management Extreme workload expectations Very poor infrastructure Very expensive location to live Ignored Covid public health orders No qualifications framework No training framework No flexible workplace arrangements Stay away from this company. Red flags galore.

      Pros

      Some great people work at Birdon and it makes me proud that an Australian company hits above its weight

      Cons

      Management don’t seem to understand a) how to manage professionals and b) how to deliver defence contracts. I left due to stress and mental health reasons due to being gaslit by management.
