      No pros as such according to me

      There are many issues 1 ) No proper management 2) There is no direction to the company 3) Office politics is at it's peak 4) Salary issues (no salary for 2 months even after resignation) 5) Had to fight for my paperworks

      To start career with Birdvision is very good option , as it is startup so you will get chance to learn and this learning will help you in career growth. Nice place to Work. Good envirnment.
