Pros
I think its best technical company where you grow and learn both professionally and personally. The work culture is strict but strict in terms of work and office hours only and I think it’s something which makes us discipline in our life. But frequent employee engagement activities make the job enjoyable.
And by maintaining this decorum company has grown so far. I will recommend this company to everyone.

No company is perfect. As house is made of bricks and if bricks are of not good quality the house will wither away. Similarly a company is made up of employees; if employees are of not good quality company will wither away. So it’s responsibility of each and every one working in a company to work hard, work as a team and overcome each and every problem together and not showcase the negativity.
