      Pros

      - Good company for fresher to start with struggle - Good track to gain knowledge - Healthcare domain is good platform to work in - Good for kick-start a career

      Cons

      - Working area and premises is in middle range - You will find low quality stuff in office like PC, Tables, Fan (?) - Employees seems much rude to new one - Less salary - If you join the company then there will be large amount of conditions to work over - You should be dedicated to work only and have to work overnight as we as holidays if needed (Saturday working) - Forget family and focus on work with tight deadlines(?) - Job satisfaction is equal to 0

      Salary issues 3-4 months gap 15 days training no salary on training 2 year compulsion bond Reliving letter not given to people before 2 year completion Long working hours No comp off or overtime Dirty toilets HR rules not followed All rules against employees Bad reference and eviews given to your new employer so don't spoil your career CEO is a lier don't trust him No salary for months HR creates hurdles in employee exit Nothing to learn All employees unhappy with company Treat employees as slaves HR is useless Fake 5 star reviews by management here on glassdoor so verify before you join. No sales no salary No incentive CEO see new dream every day. No salary and No exit trap in company, I have very bad experience join on your own risk. Find old employees talk to them before joining I am lucky left this company
