Have been working over a month in this company.Got the opportunity of working closely with Utsav- CTO. His guidance and enthusiasm helps us grow and learn new things everyday

I have been working with BitClass for around _ months now ;) 1. Face new challenges and tackle them together as a team on a daily basis, and boy! the challenges :D Hypes me up every time! 2. Creative/Architectural/Graphical/Design/.. freedom is all I am gonna say. Input and feedback is well received. 3. Very friendly and supportive team. The CTO is surprisingly at the beck and call of the team at all times (and vice-versa !). Yes there are long hours (8 minimum) but I personally do not mind them as it's flexible according to your mental and physical availability/health. Informing the team is all it requires as you don't want to block others. Nobody forces you to work those long hours. Personally I sometimes do them cause I like chilling in the office and writing a little code and have nothing better to do at home but hey, that's just me. I read a few reviews that said if you're late they hold meetings to ask you why you are late. TBH, of the _ months that I have been working with BitClass, I have been on time for only 50% of the time ( I don't think I should be saying that here but I was quite offended by the aforementioned reviews. ) and nobody has ever "scolded" me for it. 4. DAILY lunch break - 1 hr, smoke breaks - 2-3 times (10 mins), clear your head on the couch break - till your head clears (shouldn't make it too long though.) Basic START-UP culture. 5. Cool Milestone-achieved parties. This was something I had not experienced in my previous companies. I like to think of them as bonding parties, where you get to know the team on a better level and I like what I see so far!
