-No room for employee idea inclusion. If you provide feedback or constructive ideas, prepare to be FIRED right away. Ownership and Management ABSOLUTELY do not like hearing can't, shouldn't, wouldn't, have we tried (x).., would you consider (x)...., etc.
-Did I mention super LOW pay
-Stingy benefits (enough to keep people insured enough)
-LOW Morale.
-Extremely high turnover
-Average life span for an employee is < 1 year
-Distributors are hired on as contractors to sell in the same territory as Bitcoin Depots company hired sales team to sell in the same territory. This means you are constantly working against someone on your own team.
