Pros
-Very flexible if you are remote. Make your sales number and people stay away. -Company phone provided with hotspot to do your job on the road.
Cons
-Super low pay -No positive reinforcement or encouragement. I believe the quote was from a manager, "if we don't say anything to you, you are doing fine." -Low reimbursement for travel and no reimbursement for necessities in order to perform specific job duties or functions. -One (1) day of job training. Figure it out yourself mentality. -100% Sales driven mentality. Each sales rep is treated like a race horse and used to provide other internal team members with company incentives. (Bet on the best sales person) -ZERO Transparency. -No room for employee idea inclusion. If you provide feedback or constructive ideas, prepare to be FIRED right away. Ownership and Management ABSOLUTELY do not like hearing can't, shouldn't, wouldn't, have we tried (x).., would you consider (x)...., etc. -Did I mention super LOW pay -Stingy benefits (enough to keep people insured enough) -LOW Morale. -Extremely high turnover -Average life span for an employee is < 1 year -Distributors are hired on as contractors to sell in the same territory as Bitcoin Depots company hired sales team to sell in the same territory. This means you are constantly working against someone on your own team. -Average age of upper management team (30 years old (neither good or bad)) -Way more talk than there is walk when it comes to promises and agenda items to be addressed.
